I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist. I qualified in 2006 after undertaking an Association of Reflexologists (AoR) accredited course.

I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists, one of the largest and most recognised Reflexology Professional bodies in the country.

I offer a mobile service using a treatment couch or foot stool.

I was born in Ipswich, Suffolk in 1957 and am married with two grown up children.

Reflexology - A Brief Introduction

Reflexology is a non-invasive method of stimulating reflexes in the hands, feet and ears, through the medium of touch, which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.

Gentle pressure is applied by hand to the soles and upper areas of the feet in a specific pattern that reflects the positions of the organs in the body. Imbalances within the body can be detected by sensitivities in the feet.

All areas of the feet are included so the experience is holistic – the body is treated as a whole not as a selection of symptoms.
